Responsibilties:

Answering inbound calls
Providing customer service according to company needs
Utilize various on-line tools to research, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Must be flexible in working hours
Must be able to ahere to an assigned work schedule
Must be dependable and punctual

Skills Required:
Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED, basic keyboarding skills, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
