Features & Description

Promote and maintain all steps in the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with (eye contact, hi-greeting, goodbye as a departure).

•Take orders and serve drinks to customers. Includes icing glasses, finishing set-ups and garnishing.
•Clean and maintain station: empty ashtrays, remove trash, wipe tables, remove empty glasses, push in chairs, etc.
•Break bartenders and barbacks when necessary.
•Do public relations for the company: sell the Ankeny Temporary Services (i.e., know their respective products and up sell), and answer guest questions.
•Operate cash register: take money and make change.
•Perform side work: make coffee, stock and clean waitress station, cleaning work area, etc.

Preferred high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
