Nice sized bedroom for rent in downstairs of 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. We all have individual leases and I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease ASAP. Lease runs through July 31st, 2010. You would be living with three 21 year old college students, all female. Would prefer student/ someone in same age range. Male or female, doesn't really matter. Rent is $341.25 a month + utilities (usually about $400 total each month for rent & utilities). Utilities includes: internet. digital cable with DVR and movie channels, water, gas, and electric. House is well furnished. All furniture stays except for the furniture in the bedroom for rent. We have a new washing machine and dryer, full size fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Living room has two couches, arm chair, coffee table, TV and TV stand, mini fridge. Nice sized backyard with deck. House has heating and AC. Down the street from Addison Park. Small neighborhood with friendly neighbors. House is owned by landlord that also has several houses in the neighborhood that he rents to college students. We currently have a cat and are not allowed to have any other pets.
