We have a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath in Palomino Park, located in Highlands Ranch at Quebec and C-470. We have purchased a home and need to find someone to take over our lease. It is a 2 story town house, with master bedroom, master bath, and walk in closet upstairs. Also upstairs is a washer/dryer hook up. It has a full size kitchen, half bath, dining room, with a built in desk downstairs, in addition to the living room. It also has a massive outdoor patio and outdoor closet. It's close to parking, but not right out side the window. Community offers 2 pools, restaurant, bar, full workout facility, indoor driving ranges, a full court gym, tennis, dog run, running paths, and MUCH more.

Also, we've already paid one pet deposit, so if you have a pet, you will be able to bring it with you! Please note, this would be a lease transfer, so you would have to apply through the main office at Palomino Park, and if you're approved, your name would be added to our lease, and we would be removed. If you would like to come look at our townhome, please email me. Deposit is paid, and when the lease expires in June of 2010, you would get back that money. Not a bad deal!
