I am seeking a very clean, personable, responsible person to sublet my lovely room and live with my awesome roommates this Winter Quarter (mid December to end of March).
The sublet is a room in an apt on 54th and Cottage. It is a beautiful apartment with two other people living there, and has every amenity. The base rent is $550/month, and you would be responsible for one third of utilities (gas, electricity, internet) and cable.
There will be a queen mattress and a bookshelf in the room, you are responsible for everything else you need. The room is spacious and bright, the rest of the house is very comfortable and pleasant (a large tv, nice kitchen, great bathroom, dishwasher, back porch).
The apartment is right nest to the 55,2,4 bus lines and a short ride away from the Green and Red lines. There is easy street parking and it is a 15 minute walk from the main quad.
This is a social household, so the ideal person will be comfortable with guests and small parties (definitely not intrusive though), drinks and such things. We are seeking someone who can chill but knows when to stop (no sloppiness).
Expectations include pitching in on household needs and respecting the household structure and the house itself.
