Your calming experience with a licensed massage therapist begins as soon as I enter your front door. I bring sounds of relaxing music and sounds of a tranquil waterwall will help you to forget about the outside world for a while. If you prefer, you can play your own relaxing music to help you relax and enjoy the soothing benefits of a well-deserved massage.

Before we begin, I will chat with you and address any concerns or problem areas you may have. I will set up my fully-cushioned table and drape it with clean linen before leaving the room for a few minutes to allow you to undress to your level of comfort and lie face down under the top sheet and plush blanket. I will knock before re-entering the room to begin your massage. Professional draping techniques are always used throughout the entire massage session for your maximum comfort.

You can expect a tranquil, relaxing and comfortable environment throughout your massage session. You can always communicate any requests or concerns to me during your massage. Your level of comfort is my top priority. Remember you are in the hands of a professional, just relax and enjoy your massage.

I offer the following types of massages:

Relaxation Massage: This uniquely relaxing therapeutic massage is flexible enough to accommodate your individual needs. This massage combines a number of techniques designed to sooth and recharge you. Relaxation never felt so invigorating.

Deep Tissue Massage: This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. Please note that this type of massage focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage. However, you should feel better than ever within a day or two.
