Our Representatives consistently provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with routine requests, questions and concerns and resolving customer issues.

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent with some related experience and excellent communication skills are required. Strong computer proficiency, along with some technical skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule are also necessary.

Skills Required:: 6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment, One year customer service work experience preferred, Excellent communication and computer skills.
