Features & Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Development of creative promotional calendar, create and execute all promotions including marketing materials such as sales aids, sell sheets, brochures, gift with purchase offers, point of sale material

· Preparation of product training manuals and presentation to sales force.

· Preparation of monthly sales analyzes for parent company

· Responsible for budget management including monthly financial review and analysis of marketing expenses and fiscal housekeeping e.g. purchase requisitions, invoice approvals etc.

· P&L analysis of promotional activities

· Work with sales and logistics to provide sales forecast and control inventory

· Review and analyze all sales data and sales trends

· Develop and manage key customer relationships

· Market research on competitive products and pricing

As a member of Marketing Team:

· Participates in monthly marketing meetings

· Reports monthly on product sales and ongoing marketing programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field (marketing, business, communication)

Specific Skills

· Comprehensive understanding of cosmetics marketing (dermo-cosmetics) and the beauty industry

· Creativity and aesthetic sense in creating unique marketing material

· Strong analytical sense

· Strong development and analysis of budgets and sales report

· Team player with an ability to be a participant and a leader

· “Can do/hands-on” attitude is crucial in this entrepreneurial company

· Ability to manage their own work, meet required deadlines and communicate well with all levels of management

· Must be proficient in MS office (word, Excel, and Power Point)

· Excellent proofreading and oral and written communication skills

· Interest in the French language a plus but not a must

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of 1 year of cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry experience (prior internship experience acceptable)
