Essential Job Functions:* Ensure the health and safety of the pets in our care
* Develop your team: coaching, training, performance reviews, etc.
* Responsible for all payroll related activities
* Ensure management team has proper tools to achieve expected results
* Ensure positive customer experience
* Support hiring functions within the store
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelors degree from four-year college or university
* Minimum of five years related experience working in a retail environment
* Minimum of three years management experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
* Comfortable operating various systems including: Microsoft Office, payroll, SAP, etc.
* Excellent verbal & communication skills
