ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES – Skilled Nursing Center

Join us at one of Florida’s leaders in the delivery of post-acute rehabilitation and nursing care. We have an opportunity for Assistant Director of Clinical Services to lead our team of professionals in providing the highest degree of quality care available.

Ideal candidate will:

* Hold Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
* Have minimum of 2 years experience in a management position in a long term care setting
* Perform functions under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services
* Promote positive interdepartmental relations
* Have exceptional organizational, clinical and communication skills
* Responsible for functions of corporate clinical and clinical reimbursement services
* Assist Director of Clinical Services in monitoring staff education and clinical competency to ensure skills meet/exceed client demand
* Monitor pharmacy care

Salary commensurate with experience and education.
