Responsibilities will include:

-Ensuring that the bars operate efficiently quality requirements and standards,
-Monitoring the bar staff and providing a high degree of “Floor presence”
-Continuously monitoring USPH procedures for sanitation and cleanliness.
-Providing on-the-job training to improve your team’s current performance, and prepare them for advancement.
-Meeting with staff to review guest comments to implement revisions and improvements
-Planning, assigning and directing work appraising performance; rewarding and providing corrective action
-training employees on all aspects of service and selling techniques;
-addressing complaints and resolving problems for both employees and guests
-managing the financial aspects of the beverage operation, including
-operating the bar within the budget requirements, and
-successful identification of expense reduction through cost control
-Performing any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

Skills Required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a high volume setting
-2 – 3 years experience simultaneously managing 3-4 venues.
-Bachelor’s degree
-capability to accommodate a 4 months on / 2 months off contract schedule for this onboard position
-2-3 years managing a staff of 35 +

This position is located onboard one of our vessels.

All International applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1D Visa

Shipboard employees must be able to physically lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without aid

Foreign language skills are preferred, but not required
