Moving, must sell ASAP.

The sofa and loveseat are from Ashley furniture and they are in excellent condition, no rips or stains. This set is from their Durapella line and it a light tan "stone" color. Only 1 year old, smoke free and pet free home. I have an original replacement cushion cover as well as the tags, i think the couch is still under warrantly. This set currently sells from Ashley furniture for around $1200.00 plus delivery.
