Andover Description

Trailer is a 12 ft but 65 ft. It is a older trailer it dose need some work done on the floors. some spots are weak. But it has a new miller heater in it that I paid 3500.00 for. also the hot water tank is fairly new. I had all new windows put in a few years ago so they are all double paine. It was a 2 bedroom but we knocked down a wall making it a 1 bedroom. The living room in 12ft X 27ft. If someone wanted a 2 bedroom again they would have to put up a wall. I also had a wood stove put in last year, so can heat with wood or gas or both as i do. The electic hook up on trailer has a plug in cord that I had put on a year and a half ago, just pugs in to meter. costed me about 200.00 for cord. The skirting is also new I had it put on last year, got it from owl homes. With all the stuff I put into it, its worth a lot more but, I am selling everything because Im moving to SC. So I just want to get rid of it before I go.
I rent the lot so land dont come with it. I had the trailer moved here july of 07.
If you are intersted in renting the lot then I can give you the e-mail address of the lot owner. He is asking $205.00 a month.
If you want to move the trailer the tung and the tires has been taking off and need to be put back on to move it. Everything is under the trailer..
