Downtown Orlando company searching for a Professional Administrative Assistant, who is able to prioritize various activities and work independently in a multi-task environment.

Hours Mon- Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm. Title and Real Estate experience is a plus.

Superior organizational and project management skills required.

- Some Computer skills required - MS office (Word, Excel) Adobe Acrobat
- Phones - answering, assisting, providing, and gathering information.
- Maintain and update database, create reports, lists
- Maintain forms, and materials, supplies
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Handle confidential matters
- Professional phone manner is required
