Job Description: We are looking for a candidate with top of the line bookkeeping skills. Prior bookkeeping experience at account manager level with business management firm preferred.

You will perform typical bookkeeper duties- check cutting, receivable collection, bank reconciliations and cash flows- they also have heavy financial statement preparation.

Financial statement preparation involves recording brokerage statement activity, interest, dividends, realized gains, foreign taxes, manager fees etc for both managed and non-managed accounts. For the non-managed accounts, each trade and transaction is recorded separately. The clients on this desk are all large, complex accounts with many brokerage statements needing monthly attention.

Language Requirements:
English-Very Good
