Requirements:

• Ideal candidate should have 1-3 years experience within the mortgage industry OR

• Minimum of 6 months successful telemarketing, sales or customer service.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment

• Great customer service skills a must

• Must be a creative conversationalist and not be afraid of the phone

• Ability to work from home independently and as a team player

• Phone/Cell Phone, Computer, Internet Access

• Excellent time management skills

• Analyze customer needs and identify solutions.

• Develop a database and follow up methods for qualified leads through referrals, email and networking.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Dependable, Self starter and the desire to help others
