Account Executive

Description:

* Penetrate enterprise accounts in partnership with the channel partner that result in sales revenue
* Educate channel partner on the value of Egenera’s products and product enhancements including competitive issues, and overcoming sales objections
* Cultivate relationships with channel partner (Key individuals and Account Teams) and their end user customers
* Work in conjunction with the channel partner to build sales pipeline, and present and sell complex solutions to end user customers
* Hunt for and share sales leads with channel partner that help drive shared revenue
* Participate in requested trade shows, events and outings

Required Skills:

* Excellent presentation skills
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
* Ability to travel up to 50%

Required Experience:

* Experience closing multi-million dollar enterprise level sales transactions
* Experience managing an assigned territory and quota, and a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
* Proven success selling solutions into the Datacenter Infrastructure space
