Job Description: Work on a team whose job is the following: develop and manage positive, long-term relationships with current and new clients in the Metroplex area; contribute and implement short- and long-term firm business development goals, a systematic marketing system and operating procedures; give presentations to mortgage and real estate professionals; maintain articulate database of clients and prospects; and manage marketing technology and social media.

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of title insurance or mortgage experience. Enviable time-management & organizational skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Technology savvy. Driven. Social (and could start up a conversation with a stranger on the street). Can see the big picture. Can have fun while working hard. Some sales and marketing experience preferable.

The individual candidate will be trained once hired.

Compensation: Base + commission.
