An experiential breathing journey and women's circle. Donna will speak to the importance of reconnecting with nature, our hearts, with one another to promote peace within ourselves and throughout our planet. In this special Women's Breathing Circle, we share how important it is for women to reconnect to the cycles of nature, the core of our feminine essence and the heart of women’s spirituality. In this reconnection, we re-dream the world.
Please plan to bring a mat or sleeping bag to lie on, a blanket to cover up with. Also, please bring something from nature that 'speaks' to you to join you for this gathering (i.e. a rock, a feather, shell, etc.)
