These types of build your own PVC feeder plans and outlines will provide feeders that have numerous uses .. are really simple and easy to fabricate .. and after you review these outlines you will be able to easily modify them in any number of ways to make larger capacity feeders etc. based on your needs. Depending upon variations that you adapt to your feeder, your location, your type of feed you will use, the wildlife desired to attract etc. the capacity of your feeder will be determined by your needs. The basic design has been around for several years, and slightly changed and adapted by other hunters, but in theory, you can make one trip to the hardware store, or a local Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply or any number of other Farm & Ranch stores, and spend a few bucks and BUILD YOUR OWN DEER FEEDER that works extremely well. I am not going to get into the cost prices of things like PVC Pipe, the camouflage paint, camo tape, or costs of little parts and things you may .. or may not use – there is no point! With a little “fore-thought” you can make some subtle changes to these plans and scrounge all kinds of parts for free like I have done around local construction projects, on Craigs List and other sources! You might even look around your own work shop, garage or barns and find all kinds of items you can use for parts.
