Our company is looking for an associate broker to help launch a new concept brokerage model (you can read a bit more at http://www.mwendo.com/brokerage).

We seek a licensed broker with to assist in pre-launch planning and post-launch management of day to day operations.

Some of the pre-launch tasks include:

* Define competitive advantage
* Develop competitive commission structures
* Develop convincing benefits & growth opportunities for agents
* Design policies and procedures
* Create marketing materials
* Draft employee application/employee agreement
* Create orientation program
* Set business plan for sales people
* Develop online marketing strategies
* Learn the front and back office management software solutions

Post-launch, we want to open a virtual office in Fairfax, Tysons, or Arlington. Our goal is to have agents work nearly entirely from home, coming in only for client or group meetings. Most communications would be done remotely via our back and front office management software, so you could even work primarily from home or maintain another job.
