Vintage Sparklet Seltzer Dispenser with 13 CO2 bulbs

Handle is marked Sparklet. The CO2 bulbs are inserted into the black "winged" device shown, and then they screw into bottom. The bottom is marked Sparklet Devices Inc. Div. of Knapp Monarch, St. Louis Cat No. 136. Measures 12 inches tall. Comes with one full box (10) of CO2 cartridges, and a partial box of 3 cartridges. It is in very good conidition with only a few minor chips in the paint.
