Warner Bros. Television Group is searching for a top notch digital sales development executive for the WBTVG Digital Media Sales Department. Position delivers powerful marketing solutions for key advertiser clients and agencies. Creates a pipeline of opportunities for the sales organization to take-to-market including both media-driven and idea-driven solutions. Builds highly collaborative relationships with the programming and product teams to enable clear communication with sales, new ideas and solutions to take to market, and strategic marketplace feedback to inform consumer strategy. Positions the WBTVG Digital offering with the advertising industry including managing sponsorships and participation in trade events, helping to drive the strategy around trade PR, collaborating with the Worldwide Marketing and Creative Services team to create an external digital media kit, and creating uniquely own-able communication platforms to differentiate Warner Bros. with key clients. Produces and manages the infrastructure to support communication to the internal sales organization, including intranets, sales training and all collateral. Personally drives strategic relationships at key clients and agencies. Works with the sales team to ensure that the sales targets are achieved while maximizing the overall revenue potential for WBTVG Digital, including a strategic approach to inventory utilization and pricing and drives overall operational efficiency across sales in responding to opportunities in the marketplace. Cultivates the professional development of the individuals on the Sales Development team, including marketing and communication skills and drives the highest levels of client service across the Sales Development team. Other job-related duties or project as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Membership to trade organizations, board or committee involvement a plus. Minimum of 5 years experience in digital media sales within an entertainment/media company or ad agency. Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience. Demonstrated success in analyzing and establishing marketing brand-specific advertising, promotions, sponsorships and branded entertainment in a digital environment and managing a client services team. Awareness of television business structure and process experience a plus. Demonstrated success in managing and developing a support team. Extensive knowledge of the various online rating systems (Comscore, Netratings, etc.). Understanding of the technical capabilities of digital platforms, especially with respect to ad systems management (Doubleclick, Salesforce.com, behavioral targeting firms and capabilities, etc.). Proven market analysis and development skills. Strong communications and presentation skills. At least 25% travel required.
