Very OLD Antique Platform Rocker

Since I wasn't familiar with antiques I tried to get further information about the rocker and received this reply:
"Platform rockers have been around since the 1840s but reached their zenith around the turn of the 20th century. Your rocker was made just after the turn of the century and shows the elements of the unusual style called Art Nouveau of that period. The chair is made of birch with a walnut or mahogany finish."
Asking $100.00. Rocker is located in Harrisburg, Illinois
