Seeking Company Drivers & Owner Operators for regional routes out of the Farmington, MN area!

This privately held provider of integrated logistics services is expanding their fleet operations.

Become part of this dynamic team of drivers working out of the service center in Farmington, MN. This diversified logistics provider is adding company drivers and owner operators to cover customer routes within a geographic region that primarily consists of the Northeast and Midwest states. This family oriented company prides itself on the fact that it is small enough to create a caring, team environment, yet large enough to offer challenges and opportunities.

Overview

Drivers primarily haul nursery stock and general commodities to customers in 48’ refers and 53' dry vans. Routes are aggressively managed to minimize delay time. Drivers are typically out 10 days with potential to be home on the weekends and during the week. Drivers average 3200 miles per week. Drivers may be required to assist with unloading freight at stops using a hand cart or pallet jack.

Compensation

  • - Company Drivers -

  • $0.32 per mile to start

  • Pay increase after 90 days, 6 months and 1 year

  • Stop pay

  • - Owner Operators -

  • $0.90 per mile (loaded or empty)

  • 100% of fuel surcharge

  • Stop pay

  • Weekly settlements

    Requirements

  • CDL-A

  • 1 year tractor-trailer experience

  • OTR experience

  • Good MVR
