It is located in the third row just a short 1 block walk to the ocean. One of its distinct features is the elevator that makes unpacking the car and carrying the groceries upstairs a breeze.

The third level consists of the master bedroom with its king bed and tiled bath complete with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Completing the third level are two other bedrooms, each with queen beds sharing a tiled bath.

The main level includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island, dishwasher, hard wood floors, all electric appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast area, dining area and raised breakfast bar. The den has built in book cases, a sleep sofa and WIFI for Internet access -– bring your laptop if you need to keep in touch with home or work. The living room is equipped with another sleep sofa and a TV with DVD/CD player. There is another tiled bath for this level.

The first level features two bedrooms – one with twin beds and the other a queen. They share a tiled bath complete with its underwater mural. The Family Room has This End Up furniture, puzzles and games, and a TV with DVD and a VCR that the kids will enjoy. The Laundry room is also found on this level with the washer and dryer.

All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. The Intercom system lets you know who is knocking at the front door. The ground entry level features a floor mosaic, an outside shower, bike storage and parking for three to four cars. Departure cleaning is included in the weekly rental rate for this property. An optional linens package is available upon request.
