I need a subleasor asap to take over my portion of the lease in a beautiful and spacious apartment I share with two other females in Chicago.

apartment includes:

*4 bedrooms/4 baths

*private full bath attached to each bedroom

*2 living areas (one up and one down)

*dining room

*large kitchen

*washer and dryer in-unit

*back deck

*large backyard

My room that I need to sublet is the master room with a large closet as well.

Its a great location with a quick and easy commute to downtown.

Sorry no pets :( because the roomies already have one medium size dog and 2 tiny dogs (all house broken and very friendly!)

The lease is up in July so great for someone looking for a short-term lease- but of course there is the option to resign.
