ADAM EAVES is an old Victorian style house that will be modified to house students on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor consists of 2 alcoves, 1 bahroom, 1 kitchen and a huge backyard. The 2nd floor consists of 4 very large room that will lodge up to 2 tenants. Each studen will pay up to $750 in rent a mont (including utilities). There is also a second kitchen and modified spacious bathroom. Each applicant is also required to a non-refundable application fee of $100. ADAM EAVES WILL ALSO RUN A CREDIT CHECK ON EACH APPLICANT.
