Sapient has an immediate opening for a Sr Associate, Financial Analyst to focus on the operational performance of Sapients Global Shared Services (GSS) team, specifically the Compensation and Benefits team.This will be a hands-on role in our Boston, MA office reporting to the Directors of Compesenation and Benefits and the VP of Finacial Operations.Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for financial operations management and financial planning and analysis for our GSS teams, with a focus on People Success (Compensation and Benefits) Design, collect and maintain rolling quarterly operational/financial forecasts Budget/forecast/actual variance creation and analysis Provide guidance and custom analysis in order to establish strong expense management tools and strategy Act as a key business partner to the GSS teams Shared accountability for GSS P&Ls Ad hoc analysis and reporting to all levels of managementInterested in learning more?
