Working with names like Disney and Warner Brothers in conjuction with national non profits and charities has brought us to expand nationally into markets of Tennessee, Nevada, California and Arizona. Recently introducing our new fashion and cosmetic campaigns, we have plans to continue our geographic expansion so to increase market penetration and customer clientele.

What This Means For You:
HIGHLIGHT is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to help with this expansion. We have exciting positions available for candidates who are looking to get his or her "foot-in-the-door" in the world of marketing and sales. There are also excellent entry level positions for individuals who want to grow quickly to a position of Branch Management in the marketing field. These people should have an above average communication ability, leadership skills and should be self-motivated but also work well in a team environment. Only career-minded individuals who possess a professional image and a capacity to work well in a fast-paced environment will be considered.

Openings:
Management Trainee: Exciting hands-on entry level program tailored to the individuals' strengths and weaknesses in order to provide the most relevant experiences to facilitate development in our marketing and advertising departments. The program encompasses areas of marketing/sales, customer services, account management, campaign strategy and general business management skills with the goal of running one of our regional locations.

Marketing & Sales Trainee: Responsibilities will include pursuing campaign strategies to represent clients and campaigns in the local New York market, building relationships with the public as well as tracking and projecting sales.
