Current rent is $830/mth but I believe it will be going up to $845 for the new lease. With utilities/washer/dryer/water/internet/cable it will be around $1095/mth so $550ish each.

Paradise Island does have fees for animals. I don't mind cats or dogs so it's okay with me. I'm a law student so I'm not all partying and such but am still up for having fun.
