In a perfect world...this would be the ideal roommate situation right? I ask, why not? In this economy wouldn't it be great to have a harmonious living situation? Wouldn't it be great to share a home with people who are financially responsible, clean, respectful and fun?

If this sounds like something you are seeking, I have 2 bedrooms to share in my home with you!

The house is fully furnished and has 1.5 baths, wood floors, fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, off street parking and a fenced-in yard. There is plenty of storage.

Silver, the house mascot, is my Jack-Russel mix!

I am seeking clean, dependable, honest, professional and stable roommate(s) to share this home with me! No drugs or loud parties. Outside smoking is permitted. PLEASE BE KID AND GAY FRIENDLY.

You will have your own room and full house privileges (i.e., wi-fi internet access, cable television, telephone, storage and access to laundry.

The 2 semi-furnished bedrooms are on the second floor of the house.and contain a full and king size bed made with clean linens. Personalization of the room(s) to your tastes and desires...up to and including painting the walls (black and purple are not exceptable however) is cool.

Both of the bedrooms could be rented out for $1000 a month (utilities included); providing for an office or sitting room space.

Otherwise, the total rent is $600 per room. Utilities ARE included.

References are required and I will verify employment.

A security deposit equal to the first months rent is required. (Total: $1200 due before move-in).

Length of lease can be negotiated but you must be willing to sign a contract.
