I have a room in my 2BR 1BA apartment in North Chelmsford that will be available in February. Rent is $550/month + first/last to move in. Utilities are included! Cable/internet will be split evenly. Washer/dryer in unit! Living room and kitchen are very open. Spacious bathroom. Sorry but no pets are allowed. I prefer non-smokers, but if you only smoke outside that's fine with me.

Very easy access to LRTA bus line (and Lowell Train Station, downtown, etc.), Drum Hill, Rt. 3, Rt. 495, Nashua.

A little about me, I'm a 21 year old female currently working as an admin assistant and also just started bartending. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I like to keep things pretty quiet and relaxed during the week and unwind on the weekends.

I'm open to both male and female roommates...I just ask that you're close to my age...my guess is it would be easier to get along with each other that way.
