I am renting out a large bedroom with private bath. The bedroom is located in a very spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home complete with everything you could want ":minus a pool". Hardwoods, cable, wireless internet along with a massive outdoor patio and hot tub are just a few of the amenities.

The House is well-maintained, clean, landscaped and relaxing. Rent will be $550.00 plus utilities.

We are gay males but very masculine. We are looking for other chill guys or girls (gay, straight, bi, whatever). You must be gay friendly or need not apply. We do like to have people over at the house on several occasions but during the week it is pretty quiet. Students would probably not be a good fit here.

We are located in the heart of midtown with interstates 85,75, 400, and I-20 just minutes away. Piedmont park is just a blocks away including bars, restaurants and Ansley mall. The current tenant will be moving out in 2-3 weeks so we are looking to reserve the spot as soon as possible.
