T & H Services We offer professional, and quality home repair and limited remodel service. Our Craftsman has over 19 years experience in the skilled trades as well as property management/maintenance experience. Here is a partial list of some of the services we offer. Bathroom work Kitchen work Basement work Garage Decking Fencing Sheetrock (all aspects) Paint (Detailed and interior/exterior) Vinyl Tile Cabinet installs Trim Vanities Various carpentry work Flooring and more................... Please call or email. We can help! Rates are a simple $38 an hour or we will be happy to do a "set amount" for you, depending on the project. If hourly, there is a two hour minimum. Materials are the responsibility of the customer, however, we will be happy to shop and transport the materials for no charge. Gratuity is always welcome! (certain materials may need a larger vehicle, which will be paid by the customer) we are happy to walk through the project area with you, and create a materials list. Then you may pre-pay at the store on a "will-call" basis, or provide us with the funds to pick up the materials on our own. There are no service charges, and as always, estimates are free!
