We have a 2 year, 9 month old chocolate male named Cocoa who has bred with our 2 year old silver lab, Luna. Her pups were born on the 5th of Nov. There is 1 striking, healthy, blocky headed male left out of a litter of 11. They have had their dewclaws removed, their 1st round of shots & deworming done at Pyramid Vet Hospital in Sparks. Champion blood lines on the father's side. Both dogs came from reputable breeders: Cocoa, from Hightest Retreivers in Oroville, Ca. (their pups currently sell for $1650) and Luna was bred by Heather Gibbs, out of Arkansas. She cost us $1000 + shipping cost.) You can google "silver labs" and easily find her website. This pregnancy came to us sooner than we were hoping for, so we still are planning to have both dog's hips, elbows & eyes checked & certified. Both dogs came with a 2 year hip/elbow guarantee.( Luna turned 2 on Dec. 9.) They will also be registered with the AKC. New owners will receive the appropriate papers. They all came out chocolate in color and are "silver factored" puppies. We are very serious about these dogs going to good homes, where the owner's understand that these are "working" dogs that need to be excercised on a daily basis.
