Each room will be securely locked. Rent would included electric, heat (each bedroom has it's own baseboard heating system), use of kitchen, living room and of course bathroom, and during the spring and summer use of the balcony. The rooms are unfurnished - but if need be we can supply a dresser and possibly a bed. The kitchen is furnished with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils.

Each bedroom has at least one window and will fit a queen size bedroom set.

If you would like cable installed in your room that wouldn't be a problem. There will be an additonal $20 a month charge. And comcast is only a phone call away. WiFi connection is being installed, so if you have a computer - you'll have internet connection.

Pets are OK. Just remember you will have roommates, so please be considerate.

The apartment is located less than a mile away from U-Conn. Around the corner from Washington Elementary School. Less than 3 minutes from the Brass Mill Center Mall. Minutes away from Metro North. Easy access to both Route 8 and I84.
