The City of Coffeyville, (pop 11060) is seeking applications for Police Officer. Our department is dedicated to a safe environment, commitment to department personnel and their development and high ethical standards resulting in a strong partnership between community and CPD. Position duties include enforcement of laws and prevention of crimes; control traffic flow and enforce State and local regulations; perform investigative duties and a perform variety of technical and administrative tasks in support of Police Department. Must be accredited law enforcement officer, 21 years of age, U.S. citizen, high school degree, no felony convictions and driving record that meets City's qualifications. Screening will include background investigation, strenuous physical test, physical exam and drug screen.
