Proven lifestyle website leader is looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional. Qualified candidates should have the following skills sets and background while expecting to manage the following pieces of the business:

Responsibilities include:

Business Development

•Implement and execute existing Cities2Night business model

•Construct and sell customized digital marketing solutions

•Develop and maintain a positive on-going relationship with key accounts

•Manage relationship with national sales management team to ensure consistent communication and market growth

Event Management

•Event conceptualization and implementation.

•Attend events and manage event staff

Office Management

•Maintain a local office, to include supply inventory, equipment inventory, etc

•Budget construction, management, implementation and tracking

•Responsible for forecasting and monthly, quarterly and yearly sales figures

•Create newsletters and maintain website information

Position Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality or similar field or equivalent experience

•3+ years of sales, marketing, and management experience. Nightlife industry experience preferred

•2+ years experience with national and local advertising agencies and media buyers

•Knowledge of large and small scale events in local market

•Familiarity with the bar and nightlife industry

•Excellent lead generation and follow-up skills

•Some background in the management of direct reports and internal/external teams in a fast paced environment

•Ability to audit existing business system

•Ability to prospect, cold call and warm sell

•Basic knowledge of hiring, managing, motivating, and coaching employees.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills

•Ability to negotiate on behalf of the Company

•Proven ability to deliver upon set-forth goals and objectives

•Ability to develop and manage a budget

•Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising independent judgment

•Professional demeanor; team player orientation. Ability to interface with internal and external parties

•A high degree of confidentiality required

•Decisive, hands on, energetic and motivated self-starter with the ability to work additional hours as required

•Ability to travel and drive on behalf of the Company

•Computer Skills: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, Outlook
