The Clear View Motorized Power Screen is the highest quality screen you will find in the market today. It’s the only Motorized Power Screen made 100% in the U.S.A (currently in our corporate warehouse in Anaheim Hills, CA). Power screens are great for those wide openings where a Retractable Screen door just won’t work such as: Garage Doors, Patio Enclosures, and Extra Large Sliders or just to act as a Sun Shade. Motorized Power Screens consist of a drop down approach, in which the housing unit is secured across the top. With the push of a button, the Power Screen drops to the floor with the guidance of left and right vertical rails (vertical rails are optional, we also have a wire guide system). Depending on the application, Power Screens can be surface mounted or mounted inside the jam, on the interior or exterior of a home.

To accommodate various width and height requirements, two series are available. Series 3000 (3 ¾” housing x 3 ¾”) can span up to 12’ in width and 14’ in height. Series 4000 (4¾” housing x 4¾”) can span up to 27’ in width and 16’ in height. Both series use the same 2 ¼” rail system.

All Power Screen housings and rails are powder coated using our current 12 standard colors. (Custom colors are also available upon request.) Either series can be ordered using Twitchell 80% or 90% Solar Block fabric in Black; Gray; Brown; Desert Sand; White or Beige. Standard White and Black polyester screen and total privacy screen meshes are also available.

A self-contained 110-volt motor is factory mounted on either the right or left side of the Power Screen unit depending on the preference of the customer. Both series offer either a one-channel remote (one unit configuration) or a five-channel remote that can operate up to five units. Field installation of the fabric onto the roller tube is easily accomplished using a Velcro attachment system.

To ensure an exact fit, we come out to your home to take measurements and show you our product. We bring a small demo unit, 12 color chip samples, and samples of the screen mesh color choices. Classic Home Improvement Product’s Power Screens come with a limited lifetime warranty: 10 years on the screen mesh (normal wear and tear is expected) and 5 years on the motor (Typical wear and tear expected). The Clear View Motorized Power Screens are manufactured in our local factory (Anaheim Hills, CA), not in your driveway. They are quality tested in a controlled environment, inspected to ensure enjoyment for life.
