24 foot, 2001 Fast Eddy BBQ Trailer with an FE2000 Trager Pellet smoker. Unit has 15 racks and can cook up to 800# of product. Unit is computerized and is all stainless steel. Interior kitchen is 8' by 14' with all stainless steel counters with aluminum cabinets. It is equipped with a 3 well gas steam table, large arctic air refrigerator, microwave, a 3 compartment sink and a separate hand sink. Lot's of shelving and a large serving window. Exterior includes an 8000W generator, a roof mounted air condition unit, one outside chest freezer and a 22ft canopy. The unit has a hot water tank, a 50 gallon fresh water tanks and a 50 gallon gray water tank. Trailer was made in Michigan and converted to a BBQ unit in Kansas City, IL.
