Hardwood floors, new central air and heat, each apartment has separate units. The building is old and not perfect so real picky people might not like it but I have been here since 1992 and love it. I'm easy to get along with
and can be funny even but I'm basically kinda shy at first. Anything else you want to know, just ask. The price includes heat and air. Thanks
