Hey Everyone! I just bouse a house on the border of Carlsbad and Vista in the Shadowridge area and I'm looking for roommates! Ihave a 3 bedroom with loft, 2 1/2 bath home in the gated community of Legends & Heritage. We are currently remodeling the home so that it will be like new! Wood floors. Tile bathrooms. Fireplace. Great kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. A bar area. Backyard. Garage. New washer and dryer. There is a wildlife presereve across the street from where we live and we like to excersise and go for walks there. So if you are into that its perfect. There is a pool and jacuzzi avaliable in the community as well.

I have 2 extra bedrooms that we are looking to rent out Starting January 1st.

Both rooms are about 10x12.

First room I am are renting for $650.

Second room has a walkin closet for $700.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs for the 2 rooms, but it is spacious.

Rent does not include utilites, but will be split 3 ways, so if shouldnt be too expensive.

A Little about me. My name is Rikki, I'm a 23 year old hairstylist in Encinitas. I work 5 days a week and when i get home i like to relax. I enjoy hanging out with friends on my days off. Not into drugs or smoking, but drinking is fine. We all like to have are wine and beer :) Im not into big parties, but kicking back with friends is fine. Im are clean and respectful and looking to live with the same. Also, I do have a kitty named Miss Frankenstein. She is very friendly and thinks she is a dog ha.

I'm looking for full time students or professionals with a full time job. You will have full house privliages, but I don't want people who are home all day laying around like bums :) No smoking! I want respectful and responsible roommates who I feel comfortable with.
