We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to work in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Kansas City. Our KC Regional office manages 13 apartment buildings.

Responsibilities:

• The Leasing Consultant’s primary responsibility is to keep the apartment portfolio 95% occupied.

• Respond to telephone and E-mail inquiries about our apartments and communities

• Drive prospects to various buildings and show apartments

• Process new resident paperwork

• Update weekly market study

Requirements:

• Ability to rent apartments

• Excellent oral/written communication skills

• Experience in a multifamily leasing office is a PLUS

• Possess vehicle

• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.
