I'm a personal trainer newly serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. I recently married a girl from St. Paul and moved here from Southern California where I served Los Angeles, Hollywood, Pasadena and the surrounding areas.

I specialize in physical fitness for weight loss, health, wellness and personal improvement.

I will work with you in your home, office or preferred gym once or twice a week depending on your needs.
