To sell various food and beverage products to patrons in the sporting stands or arena during events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

Sell various food and beverage products to patrons during events.

Provide great customer satisfaction.

To keep an accurate count of inventory by verifying product received and product sold.

Balance inventory sheet after each event.

Must follow all policies and procedures of SMG.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have prior F&B experience

Must have excellent cash handling skills.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Must be able to adhere to uniform and cash handling policies.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Working knowledge of the F&B Industry and excellent customer service standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Be able to carry 50 pounds minimum for an extended period of time.

Walk up and down stairs repetitively.

Standing for extended periods of time.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS

Must be able to work outside during all weather conditions.

Must be able to work in loud concert type settings and sporting events.

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work flexible hours. (Days, nights, weekends, holidays)
