That's only $319/mo if you have people in all 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 in the basement and a bathroom on each floor. Spacious kitchen and lots of hang out space in the family room. 1 car garage and huge laundry room (which we have utilized as a pong room). Our utilities are generally low, about $30-$40 and we keep the house warm and that includes cable and internet. The house is located right across the street from McKenna park and only blocks away from the 44, 35, and 75 bus lines. Perfect location for a University of Portland, Portland State, or PCC student.Like I said, the lease is available April 15th but if you can take over earlier that would be great for us.
