Applicants must have local/national fashion and hip hop knowlege , demonstrated writing experience and must have be able to independently manage editorial deadline schedules. We are in need of both part time and full time help.As an intern, you’d be responsible in helping us with various tasks within each ofthe above listed ventures. We are looking for somebody who has a friendlypersonality and great phone skills. We need somebody who is aggressive and would beable to make cold calls to companies in an attempt to get advertisers for themagazine, etc.We will need somebody who enjoys listening to new music. Job responsibilities wouldinclude screening new music that comes into the office, in order to find materialsuitable for the radio show.You must have basic typing and computer skills. Another job responsibility would behelping to organize articles for upcoming issues of the magazine. This includestranscribing interviews from audio form into written form.
