~ This is a great motorhome. We purchased to use to go to a lake we loved, went twice and decided to build a home there to retire, so we no longer need the motorhome. 1986 ~ I've been told these are made back east and have extra insulation. ~ All upholstery is good, has twin beds in back, couch makes out to a bed, and over the cab is a larger bed. ~ When we purchased it, it had all new mini blinds, all new decorator roll up blinds, all new decorative valances, and new front drape. Also they had replaced the carpet. ~ We were told the awning was new also, but didn't use it as there is a lot of wind where we camped. ~ New generator when we bought it. ~ We installed a rear view camera with monitor in the front so we could see what we were pulling. Stereo in front has remote control. ~Living area has 2 comfy chairs and table in between. The chairs swivel, or will stay stationary. The table pulls out to make larger. ~ Extra table with metal post to put in front of the couch. ~ Kitchen has microwave/convection oven combination. We have the books for it as well as most everything else too. Built in coffee maker, gas stove with 4 burners, double sink. Pull out garbage holder. Refrigerator/freezer, gas, generator, or electric. ~ Back bedroom can be made separate by opening the door to the bathroom and it has a catch, then you have twin beds, table in between, bathroom on one side, separate shower on the other with domed skylight. We replaced the inside of the shower, so it is new. 2 clothes closets in bedroom. ~ Tons of upper storage compartments and long storage closet in hall with storage drawers underneath, storage under couch too. ~ Roof air, ducted heating, antenna, 66 gallon water holding tank ~ Chevy 454 engine. It has been sitting a year, and every several months, we start it and it starts up immediately. Total mileage is 58,793 miles, new engine has 12,211 miles on it. Brakes good, also installed new mufflers ~ Extended 3' bumper, we hauled a motorcycle, previous owner hauled dirt bikes, use for storage or whatever. ~ It is sitting in a semi-protected area, but due to medical conditions, I can't clean the outside at this time, but have cleaned before and looks much better. 559-877-4323 CASH ONLY Also selling a 2005 Jayco Jayflight travel trailer with 2 slides.
