Moving into a Chandler home in the first week of October. I am looking to find 2 or three roommates for my new house. The home has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a pool in the large backyard. The house is located near Rural and Chandler Blvd..... almost right next to Chandler Fashion Square (10 mins from ASU). The home has a bigscreen tv and very comfortable leather sofas in the living room which has an open kitchen as well. The house has many updates including new ac units and brand new windows (cut down on electric costs). It also has a private pool and outdoor bar with a mister system. I will have Direct Tv installed when I move in. I am a 23/f who has recently grad from college. I am a quiet and neat person who enjoys having fun on the weekends, but would rather go out to have fun. I do not mind people over, but I am not one for a large crowd in the home (i.e. past experience w nice things broken/stolen.....) I have two cats who are very well trained. They behave well enough to drive from PA to AZ in the back of my car. (Not even a scratch on the leather! I enjoy outdoor adventures! Just bought a membership to the Grand Canyon and love to make trips North for hiking. Concerts are also one of my hobbies. I am an easy going gal who enjoys the simple things in life... a glass of wine and a movie during the week is a regular thing. I have an open mind and enjoy many types of music... as for films nothing is better than a good comedy! I am new to the area, but have family in Chandler and Friends in Tempe.
